Welcome to the homepage of Appalachian's Student Government Association! With roots reaching as far back as 1939, Student Government serves as the students' only official voice to the Appalachian administration.

Student Government is made up of two branches. The Student Body President and his cabinet make up the Executive Branch, while the Student Body Vice President, her cabinet, and the Student Senate make up the Legislative Branch.

The governing body of SGA is the Student Senate, which is made up of elected students from all residence halls, colleges and a number of off-campus students.
