Student Government distributes 275 tailgate passes for students to use at football games. The breakdown in terms of tailgate lots are as follows:
Raley - 149Greenwood - 126
Please remember that due to ongoing construction, some spaces may be unavailable.
Tailgating Procedure
- Sign-up forms will go on sga.appstate.edu on Sundays prior to game days
- The tailgating lottery will close on Wednesdays prior to the home game at Noon
- Winners will be randomly and systematically selected via an automated system.
- Results will be posted immediately after the lottery entry period is closed.
- Winning Students will be notified via email. Students that receive this email can claim their spot by following the link in the email.
- Winners have until Friday at noon to pick up the pass for their claimed spot. Students can do so in the Student Government Office on the 2nd floor of the Plemmons Student Union.

Winners may pick up passes on Thursday from 8 AM - 6 PM and Friday from 8 AM - Noon. If there is a
change in the time frame for picking up passes, winners will be notified in the email.
Students may choose any lot and number they wish.
After noon on Friday, spots are distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
